Acceptance of terms
By accessing our site, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (e.g., our Privacy Policy and Returns/Shipping pages). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility & account
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under Singapore law. You are responsible for keeping your account details and credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Orders & contract formation
Placing items in your cart does not reserve or constitute acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, trade controls). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
Pricing, taxes & currency
Prices are shown in [SGD or your store currency] and may change without notice. If applicable, taxes, duties, and shipping fees are shown at checkout. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local taxes. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate but errors may occur; if a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you and you may reconfirm or cancel the order.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the method and that funds are available. Orders may be subject to fraud checks and verification.
Shipping, risk & title
Estimated delivery times are for guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide (or, if you choose your own carrier, when we deliver to that carrier). Title passes upon receipt of full payment. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
Returns, exchanges & warranties
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy on the site for eligibility windows, condition requirements, exclusions, and instructions. This is in addition to your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law. To start a return or warranty request, contact help@altermana.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Product information & availability
We aim to display colours, sizing and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. Availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at any time.
Promotions, gift cards & bundles
Promotions are subject to their specific terms and timeframes, cannot be applied retroactively, and may not be combined unless stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. If you return items from a discounted bundle or promotion, refunds are adjusted to reflect the promotional structure.
Authenticity & ALTM code
Selected products may include an ALTM authentication code. Our on-site authentication experience validates format and pattern only and does not constitute a warranty or proof of purchase. Keep your receipt; we may request it to validate ownership, warranty or service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to harvest data, interfere with security or infrastructure, or infringe intellectual property rights. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there is a breach, fraud or risk to users or our systems.
Intellectual property
All content on the site (designs, graphics, logos, photos, copy, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to ALTERMANA and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
User content & feedback
If you submit reviews, images or feedback, you grant ALTERMANA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for our business purposes (e.g., site, social, marketing), subject to our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have rights to share that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Third-party services & links
We use third-party providers (e.g., payment, logistics, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not operate.

Disclaimers
Except as required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that defects will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory guarantees or remedies available under Singapore law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTERMANA will not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data; (c) losses not reasonably foreseeable; and (d) amounts exceeding the price paid for the relevant product(s) or SGD 500, whichever is higher. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ALTERMANA harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, labour disputes, epidemics, government action, logistics disruptions).
Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our site with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
