Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Singapore (local orders): Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Standard delivery may take 15–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Express Options: Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times will vary by location.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Additional charges may apply for international orders, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Important Information

  • All products will indicate an estimated ship date in the description (for pre-order or made-to-order items).
  • Orders cannot be combined once placed. Shipping or discount codes cannot be applied after checkout.
  • Please ensure that your shipping and billing details are correct when placing your order, as changes cannot be made after submission.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to the courier or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Case-by-Case Exceptions

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@altermana.com. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s) so we can assist you.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for review.
  • An unboxing video has to be present to avoid trickery or fraud
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.
